explaination: cuz if u realize, tis song,infront seems to be "in a war"..e horns will send signal to sae e war is starting, thn e flutes and clarinets seem 2 sae tat a tradegy is gng 2 happen,with some other accompaniments lyk trumpets....
thn e flutes and clarinets will slowly lead us to e fast speed..the brasses will ONLY HELP 2 ACCOMPANY E WOODWINDS..they're not asking you 2 blaze..listening CAREFULLY and tke note at which place is e "main role" and brasses mostly are jus accompaniment..OK??
percussion is there to make sound effects..SOUND EFFECTS!!!! u all got sound but not effect..if its lyk tat,thn tis is not called music,k?
music is sth tat can affect ppl's mood...and all this depends on e performer..wad kind of feeling they wanna express..and if a phrase of music is repeated,thn u muz do sth to make it interesting. wad make all tis interesting is e DYNAMICS they hav written for u!! all u hav 2 do is to be OBEDIENT AND FOLLOW WAD IS WRITTEN..okokok?????
thn AT THE LAST PHRASE OF MUSIC,meaning after e fast speed.ok we're toking abt war,so don u tink e music of e flutes and clarinets r very pitiful?? it suggest tat e war has ended,but mayb sadly,there're many casulties..
then there's a part where flutes and clarinets will come in with some pleasant hearing running notes,tat is e part which suggest they are starting a new life,accepting e fact tat many were dead and they're gng live their life fruitfully...so e flutes and clarinets are making a impression of "wa...peace" some sort of thing, u all understand??thn e trumpets will b e main role,they will emphasize on e impression of "new life"..

flutes: juniors pls i BEG u!!! go prac prac and PRAC!!!!! muz b confident....i was once lyk u all dunu how 2 play,although my music background helped me alot, but its still a new thing 2 me at tat time! so wad makes u so afraid 2 play it out and play e correct way? play wrong, thn jus play! scared for wad..last time i still have to put e fingering chart beside my score ok! thn whn we dunu how 2 play, we kena scold lyk hell,ask us go out sectionals thn e rest of e band stay inside band room and play...pls la....be more hardworking...i am not asking u 2 die...hor?!
clarinets: i noe some of u r gd players...but i'm not saying its very gd..as in compare it in our skul,u r gd..but only a few gd is not enough! i want most of it gd...ok! clarinets is most famous for sectionals..since long ago...so pls continue tat! it helps u all...not lyk now,every1 dunu do wad tink,so busy,i c already very irritating la..sickening seh..i my heart i always think clarinets r better than flutes..cuz they r jus better! since whn i got in here la...DON PUT BRYAN"S EFFORT INTO WASTE!!!listen to ur chords..1sr,2nd,3rd muz b equally balanced!
saxophone: u all r simply too slag!!! TOO SLAG!!!u may noe ur parts,but wad i want is not individually noe ur parts only, i want every1 to noe their parts..sectionals has it meaning..it means GROUP PRAC!!! if u wanna prac individually,thn GO HOME PRAC!!!wad i wanna hear from e group of sax,is CHORDS!!!u all help e woodwinds...last time whn flutes and clarinets r weak in sound, ms wong always ask sax to play louder...and seriously it helps e whole woodwind section...i'm sorry tt i hav 2 mention her,b'cuz i agree 2 some of her methods of teaching..LOOK AT NOW! u all cant even play a single bar TOGETHER!!! wad is tis huh?? pls..b a part of woodwind section and help la...
horn: i really can tell u,PRAC MAKES PERFECT but muz +EFFORT! pitching has always been horn's difficulty..but i sure if u prac more,and tke note on which sound or note u need which embochure,k? if u tke note carefully i'm sure pitching problem is reduced more or less..rhythm wise horn is also quite weak,i cannot sae e weakest as perhaps others r weaker and its jus tt i dunu yet..look at e conductor thn u noe whether u're rite?, or wrong..ok..listen 2 e music oso...some parts horn are very important,some parts thou u're jus a accompaniment,but u still need 2 play loud..no SO LOUD too..hahaha..
trumpets: pls i BEG u oso!!!! i don want only e seniors 2 be gd,k,juniors wad r they doing? slacking? tats y they're sound lyk tat??? thn seniors wad r u doing?? u busy wid ur own performance or u wanna help them so tat they can blend in with u?? trumpets r 1 of e big main role hor..yes,1st is definately important as they make e main melody..but e 2nd and 3rd r EQUALLY IMPORTANT!! in band i always cannot hear e chords..even if all r playing e same thing, u all still never play "in a straight line" whn i go band i will explain..
trombones: u r suppose to make a "wow" impression cuz u muz b loud n together...as in i don 1 only 1st is loud...i wanna u form wonderfully chords..tke note tat all of u r not listening carefully 2 e sound produce..whether is it flat? or is it sharp? u muz b veru sensitive to ur sound..especially tbone..u muz blend wid each other..
tuba: all u need to do is concentrate on ur articulation and ur sound..sound muz e round and firm..and at certain pt of time, u need to help create an impression on e audience..whether may it b lively,angry,or wad eva..ok..i will explain whn i go band too..its hard 2 explain in words...
